Great lunch menu! Always a great place to grab a quick bite. Great food & decor. Love how the waiter/waitress mixes the sauces at the table. This is the only P.F.Chang's I've been to that does that.

Fantastic Customer Service and Great Food Vacationing in Myrtle Beach, SC - went to PF Changs, had a wonderful time - ate at the bar- Chelsea and David, both great bartenders and attentive to us as well. We enjoyed their suggestions, great food, and I loved the wine selection - was NOT expecting that in a Chinese restaurant.

This is a pretty standard P.F. Chang's. I love the lettuce wraps so I make sure to get them every time. The last time I went they had accidentally made an extra chicken chopped salad so they offered it to my husband. It was a nice and tasty surprise. I ordered the mu shu chicken (one of my favorites) and it was delicious. Don't come here expecting gourmet authentic Chinese food because you'll be disappointed but for Americanized Chinese food, it's pretty good.

I have been a Pf Chang's fan for 7 years. I was super excited when I relocated to Myrtle Beach that there was one here. The food is excellent every time I go and the staff is always attentive and pleasant. If you're looking for good food in a gorgeous setting Pf Chang's is the spot.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times in the past 2 years. I've had 3 unsatisfactory experiences there. The first time, my family and I waited for 2 hours during lunch time, for our food. Granted, it was busy, but I believe there was a miscommunication between our waitress and the kitchen. After an hour of sitting there, we saw our food come out of the kitchen, but then it was dropped on the floor. The manager and the waitress kept apologizing, but by then, my 3 hungry children were upset and frustrated, as was I. Fortunately, our meal was comped and I did not miss my airplane. The second time, our waiter forgot one menu item. An apology was given, but that was it. At our last visit, today, our waiter was very nice. However, it was obvious he was new. After we placed our order, it took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Our appetizers, lettuce wraps and calamari, arrived the same time as our entrees. We were hungry, but to our dismay, all the food was lukewarm! It's like all the food had just sit in the kitchen for a long time. We also had no room on our table because he had brought the appetizers the same time as our entrees. We had to hold and scoop out dishes so we could get rid of the plates. It's almost a running joke about the service now at this particular PF Changs. We love the location in Dallas, but the one in Myrtle Beach really needs to step things up. I will not be surprised if the next time I come, it is closed down. The restaurant over time has been less and less crowded each time I've come since my first bad experience. Unfortunately, we will not be back again. Three strikes and we're out of there.

Sesame tofu is not like other Chinese restaurants but is was ok. The rice was sticky. The crab fried rice was terrible. The people were very nice and gave us another meal to go.

We live here and visit P.F. Changs often. This is the first time our experience was less than stellar. We really felt like our server didn't care about us at all and was paying more attention to his other tables. We put in our app request the same time we ordered our drinks. After waiting about 20 minutes our server comes back to mix our chang sauce up and picked up our app plates. I asked if we were still getting our crispy green beans. He said he would check on them. After a bit more he came back with them piping hot along with two app plates to replace the ones he picked up. He had to forget to put the order in. He said he took them off our bill which we were happy about. Our server didn't come back to ask how our entrees were or refill our drinks. My boyfriend had to eat his food off an app plate because our server did not come back our way for us to ask for an entree plate. Our food was great and delicious as always but overall we were extremely displeased with our visit. Unfortunately, we will not be back anytime soon. We work hard for our money. Why give it to someone that can't do what they are supposed to do?

Waited 2 hours, forever, for the food, food tasted bad and poor explanation of menu and choices. Waitress had no clue. Never refilled drinks. Overall, the worst service and longest wait in any Resturaunt we've been to by far!

Yes, it's PF Chang's. Yes, I'm writing a review for a corporately consistent restaurant. But the service was fantastic. From Michael at the bar, to the training waiters at our table, service was efficient and super friendly. Our vegetarian lettuce wraps and coconut curry vegetables were great options for visiting vegetarians in the land of seafood and steak restaurants.

I'm from Brooklyn NY so we are used to quality Chinese food choices but this chain place is very disappointing. We have eaten here twice and while the service was OK the food is barely average and overpriced and the portions are small. I always leave here unfulfilled. It's also always crowded and very noisy and definitely not worth a long table wait. You have to pay extra for a pot of tea which most NYC restaurants include and that sauce mixing thing the waitstaff performs is rather strange plus I only saw one Asian person working there FWIW.

I have eaten at P.F. Chang's once before when I lived in Atlanta. I have always thought that it was glorified Chinese food. So when I went with friends to the one in Myrtle Beach I wasn't too excited. The food was good as we shared it all across the table traditional style. I thought the portions were a little small compared to other Chinese restaurants (I was able to eat an entire lo main dish by my self) but at the same time there was plenty to go around. We had great service and the atmosphere was great. The biggest difference I found was that afterwords I didn't get "tummy bubbles!" The quality of the foods they prepared was great. So if you are willing to pay the extra cash for quality meats then I recommend going. But if you can stand the tummy bubbles then just go to your local Chinese restaurant.

This is what differentiates me from the Food Snobs in San Francisco: I just love good food. I don't care if it's authentic, artisanal, local, organic, made by hand by an old granny for centuries... those items tend to be better, but it's largely because they taste better. If the food is good, I'm a fan. And P.F. Chang's -Paul Flemming Chang's- makes some damn tasty dishes. Okay... Chinese people may not even recognize the food. And they serve dessert egg rolls, which violates some natural order I'm sure. But have you tried the lettuce cups? Or the ground chicken and eggplant? Or the wok fried green beans? I mean- YUM! It's a flavor explosion, no doubt brought to you by loads of salt, sugar, and fat. Yet I can't count the number of Chinese restaurants I've been to which, despite being run by Chinese people, made rather disgusting food. Paul Flemming, I am a believer. And especially, this P.F. Chang's is a breath of fresh air amidst the Blandy McBlanderson American food peddled on every corner of Myrtle Beach. I wanted to try good, down-home, South Carolinian cuisine on my vacation, but I couldn't even find any! So I settled for P.F. Chang's. And had a delicious, albeit familiar, meal.

overpriced and underwhelming. The food is just "okay" and there is much better places to go. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Yawn.... PFC @ market commons, home of the perpetual wait. Chinese food in a Hugo boss suit. Sadly, this chain restaurant is some of the only decent "ethnic" food available on the grand strand. I've already wasted too much time on this.

Haven't been to a P.F.Chang's in a long time. I forgot how wondeful the food is!! I think the vegetarian Lettuce wraps taste better than the Chicken. Love the homemade Ginger Beer drink!!

  • J W.

Pretty average. Waiter was personable, but our appetizer and soup arrived at the same time. He apologized, but gee whiz...how hard is it to hold off our soups until we've had a few moments with our appetizer. Our entrees were okay. I'm betting you'd bet better off going to your neighborhood Chinese restaurant. It will be cheaper too.

Made a reservation so we only had to wait 5 minutes for a table. Food was great! I'm a former Change employee from another store and thought the experience in Myrtle Beach was spectacular. Had Jon as a server and he was outstanding. Change chicken, mongolian beef and crab wantons were my boyfriends favorites from the several dishes I ordered for us. He has such a nice time/ meal that he was talking highly even the next day about it!

A good place to go with family & friends because of the family style dining, you can share and experiment different plates. But also can be a romantic dinner/lunch with your significant other. If you like oriental food, this is a big step up in quality yet the pricing is affordable. Dinner for two about $30 with enough to take home for next day's lunch. Good service and atmosphere and during the warm weather months, you can dine outside. Try the Asian slaw with spring rolls and Hot and Spicy chicken with shrimp fried rice. One note...during the spring & summer, you'll probably have a 1-2 hour wait.

PF Chang's does a great Happy Hour. The food, the service, the location, everything is top notch and I always leave happy. I belly up to the bar and eat my way through their extensive happy hour menu. We always get the chicken lettuce wraps and the pork dumplings but this time we also tried the Jicama street tacos. The tacos are on the small side but are full of flavor and I will be adding them to my regular rotation. This location seems to always be busy but somehow I have managed to get a seat at the bar every time with no wait. I feel the service is better at the bar as well, thank you Justin! They are a chain and it is Americanized Asian food but they do it well and they are consistent. Delicious food at some great prices coupled with some splendid drink specials keeps me coming back for more. PF Chang's don't change a thing!

Great selection. Lettuce wraps are so good. Austin, youngest son, got calamari. Very good. Oldest son got dynamite sushi. Said it was just ok. So we have ordered spicy shrimp dish with brown rice, honey chicken and scallops. They also have gluten free items on the menu.

Of all the PF Changs I've gone too, this is my favorite. The food seems better here and the staff is the best! I've never had a bad meal or bad service here!

I live just around the corner from this location and have eaten here dozens of times over the years. I usually have take out these days; never had a bad meal... If you're from out of town, this location is in 'The Market Common' area. Grab dinner and a movie. The theater is within rock throwing distance. Lots to do in this area and the crowds are usually very manageable. Hell, you'd almost never know you were in Myrtle Beach. This area is a nice refuge from the beach crowds. By the way. The lettuce wraps (with chicken) are amazing! -Neil

It was "a pourin' the rain" (as we say in the Carolinas) last Saturday, so we got takeout. 30 minutes for take out is kinda on the long side but it was Saturday night. There is a seasonal menu which I'm happy to see; everything from Vietnamese lemongrass chicken springrolls to heirloom tomato salad. It's nice when a chain will break out of their comfort zone and try something new. The seasonal springrolls were awesome! As usual, I got the orange peel beef - love that orange flavored crust/crunch on the outside and the tender beef on the inside. Consistent with what I would expect. TAKE OUT ONLY REVIEW

This is the P.F. Changs in the market commons and it is the best one I have been to. The staff is always very friendly and everything is quick am they are quick to help with any issues. My personal favorites are the pan fried pork dumplings and the chicken Lo Mein. I come to this place every time I have been in town. If you like P.F. Changs this is the one to go to.

We called-ahead for a reservation and were seated within 5 minutes beyond our time, on a busy Friday night. We had a schedule to keep, since we were on our way to a concert, and so we communicated with our waiter up-front, that we were ready to put our whole order in, at the git-go, and as soon as our food was served, we asked to square-up our check. We got in and out with drinks, appetizers and entrees within an hour. All the food was hot and cooked on-par with any PF Chang's we've been to. We would go back.

  • Eric W.

Underly unimpressed. Everyone in May party agrees that it all tastes like something from the freezer section. The staff is very pleasant, but the menu is limited and lack luster. Save your money and stop at the food lion down the road.

Won't seat a party of 17 or even break up the party into smaller groups... Really???? Just lost many future customers on that policy. Just lousy.

    (1)
  • Jenny S.

The service was horrible. We waited 45 minutes to get our food. The waiter didn't refill our drinks until after we asked twice. It took approx 20 minutes for the waiter to get our check. It was four people dinner and we were there 2.5 hour because of the slow service.

What can I say! PF Changs definitely nailed it at their location at Market Commons in Myrtle Beach South Carolina!! With an emphasis not only on food quality, but also customer service and atmosphere of the restaurant itself, they simply did nothing wrong with our dining experience! They even managed to turn my sister who is not an Asian dining fan into a true fan! They suggest going with several different dishes so you can sample different tastes, flavors, and sample some variety! We went with sesame chicken, broccoli and chicken, Mongolian need, chicken lo mein, and THE BEST walnut shrimp and melon! (Trust me, just get it, you will NOT regret this) that had to be one of the best dining choices I've ever made! PF Changs definitely nailed this location and dining experience! If I could give it more stars, I definitely would!! Please, take my advice and visit this location if at all possible!!

We eat here on average once a month. The food is great. The service is usually great also. The drinks, a lil pricey, are very good also. The honey chicken is the best thing on the menu BTW. Also the chicken lettuce wraps and fried pork dumplings are killer.

After a sub par experience in July when our party of 2 had a 2 hour lunch (not by choice but due to slow service) we decided to give it another shot for dinner. Our party of 3 had to wait about 40 mins for a table which was no biggie since it was a Sat. of a holiday weekend but then we sat and sat and sat before being approached by a waiter. Finally 15 mins later a waiter took our order and another 10 mins later we received our drinks. Our appetizers came out fast as did our food. We never received drink refills ( well we did get one after we went up to the server stand with our empty glass). Our waiter was slammed. He had a large table that he was serving as well and while apologetic getting our check, boxes, let alone drink refills seemed to be a struggle. It was once again a 2 hour experience. The waiter said the Manager would come speak to us on two separate occasions but we never saw them. Our waiter was pleasant I just think this location is mis managed. We saw plenty of other staff standing around that could have assisted with refills or boxes if other servers were in the weeds. For whatever reason no one else seems to jump in and help including the management team. This was supposed to be a special night out for the 3 of us but sadly we were disappointed yet again and will not be returning in the future! If you want to wait for hours to eat, have 1 glass of water all night, never see your server or the Manager and spend $65 of your hard earned money for all of that then come here!

I absolutely love PF Changs! The atmosphere is relaxing and the service is amazing. My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and we went there a few times and the staff all knows our names. The server explains everything to you in such detail that you are just in awe. They are such nice people. The food is great! My favorite is the Cashew and Almond chicken. Also, try the wonton soup. It is the only wonton soup I have had that has shrimp and chicken in it! You can also reheat this Chinese food unlike any other place because it tastes like garbage.

I've never gotten a bad meal here. Rather than settle into some standbys, I decided to expand and try new appetizers and entrees. For the price, the quality is superb. At the MB Chang's, the wait staff is good, some excellent, but few are legendary. The chicken wraps are always a good choice for an app to share, so is the ahi tuna, friend green beams, etc. when the menu states " the spiciest dish on the menu", take then at their word. The Dali chicken brought a sweat to by brow...I loved it! All the salmon, and chicken dishes are hit, fresh, and delish. Also the egg drop soup is a fave of mine too. The warrior club gives you free apps and food discounts. This is certainly worth a sign up! Also, get the Chang's app if you have a smart phone! The only reason they got 4 instead of 5 is management needs to be more responsive and wait staff better trained. Also, just discovered they accept reservations. Otherwise, it will stay in my rotation if fave restaurants.

It's a very good Asian fusion restaurant. We had a party of 5 and had reservations. we were seated immediately. 2 people had Moo Goo Gai Pan and really enjoyed it. I person had one of their Seasonal Specials which was red quinoa with chopped fall vegetables topped by a fried egg. It was a little bit dry but otherwise quite tasty. Another special was a Vietnamese noodle dish with steak and shrimp that was supposed to be like pho. We had to ask for broth for it because it was bone dry. It was very good after the broth was added. The last person in our group had Lemon Chicken and absolutely loved it. The service was very attentive. We had a good time.

I visit pf changs about once a month. Was on vacation with my family in myrtle so first time at this location. Cool location in the center of a clean and new shopping "lifestyle" centers. Friendly staff, fresh and delicious food. This location was great.

Awesome! My wife and I always get the Mongolian Beef with broccoli instead of scallions. She loves the house fried rice with chicken beef and shrimp. And when we even hungrier, we like to get the spicy chicken lettuce wraps! And they have some of the best flavored teas to go with the meal...

  • Eric L.

It was a Friday night and the place was packed as expected. The reception seemed to be out of control, they were running around like chickens without heads. We waited for a table for only around 15 minutes and took a table outside which was a good idea because these restaurants are very loud. Our waiter was flaky and took the liberty of mixing our sauce condiments. I'd rather do that myself which is what we did. Of course, got the lettuce wraps. Consistently good. Wife had szechuan shrimp and I had the salt and pepper prawns which was supposed to be spicy but the only thing that made them spicy were the tiny red chinese peppers strewn on the platter. Iced tea was wonderful. Waited for the check for over 20 minutes. A waitress at the next table was practicing for a Broadway show...the most animated and loud waitress ever. Next time we'll sit at the bar and have drinks and appetizers. This is a NA...Never Again...for this particular location.

If you're looking for the BEST chinese food you will ever eat, it can be found at P.F Chang's. Everything was absolutely amazing. We ordered the spring rolls, dumplings, pork lo mein, and the honey chicken and it was to die for. Make sure you make a reservation because Chang's is guaranteed a crowd as a display of how excellent the restaurant is!! The service was fast considering the amount of people in the place and our waitor, David, was very friendly and helpful. If you happen to be in the Myrtle Beach area you'd be missing out if you didn't reserve a night for P.F Chang's!

Once you have eaten at a PF Chang's, it spoils you forever. You find all other Chinese restaurants very ordinary after the experience. While a little pricy, the food is fresh and tasty and well worth it. This location delivers on the PF Chang experience and you will not be disappointed.

    (5)
  • Thaddeus B.

"noone goes here anymore it's too crowded." That Yogi Berra Gem sums up the major problem here. Unless you go at 5 PM or maybe near closing time you will need a reservation. Even then you will be packed in like cattle. The food really IS much better than the Buffet or plastic menu on the wall and plastic and styrofoam silverware places but maybe that's not saying much. There is no Chinatown here and they are invading a vacuum. Prices are not exactly cheap either. But the main issue I have with Chang's is that they follow stupid corporate protocols, namely the humiliating waitperson mixes the three sauces together at the table crap. I'd feel rude to tell them not to but the CEO of the company needs to get a clue! It's annoying and obtrusive. They could benefit by building a restaurant in Murrell's Inlet and maybe one in North Myrtle Beach. The'y'd make money in all three and have less lines.

    (3)

Service was awful. I kept asking for rice that was cooked all the way, but I kept getting rice that was maybe half way cooked.

Young staff at front very unprofessional Once they sat us we waited almost a hour to be waited on. The young man up front with bushy hair said we must be in a bad section and laughed as he walked away. The manager was nowhere to be found. Food when finally served was so so. I'm a local and would never go back. I've eaten the other locations Vegas ext they were great! The MB location is horrible.

I have been a customer of PF Changs for nearly 15 years. The first time I enjoyed Changs, was their Westbury, NY location, which was 45 minutes drive from my home. We made the trip, because it was worth it to savor the unique flavors we have grown accustomed to. Since I moved to Myrtle Beach, I have been a regular at this restaurant, due to the consistency of their meals in this franchise. They are the same I've been accustomed to. When I call in a take out order, I sometimes have to wait and the bartenders always offer me a beverage and are polite and friendly. When I have gone with my hubby or family, we are always well taken care of. Don, one of the managers here is just wonderful. I have seen him address each table, ensuring their pleasure with their meals and servers. I have seen him help set up tables and move chairs to accommodate parties coming in. He also has assisted the hostesses, seating patrons. He is sincerely dedicated to taking care of this restaurant. I am personally addicted to Kung Pao Chicken and Mongolian beef. We generally order this when I'm with family and we share. The pork dumplings with ginger sauce are delectable. Boxing is provided, when we just can't eat it all. Bar, indoor and outdoor seating is available. I enjoy everything I've ever ordered, and I think I've ordered nearly everything. I always come back

If you're a complete and total idiot then come here at 7pm during peak tourist season with the absolute idea that you'll be seated and served right away. That just ain't happening here. We all get it, you're so special that the other 14-million tourists won't matter and they don't eat dinner anyway, right? I mean really, why would it be crowded at Market Common in the middle of tourist season right at dinner time, right? Who would have known??? This place is in prime real estate with incredible high traffic. Expect a wait at prime times in season. If they tell you "two hours" perhaps you should consider another time for this one. Your bigger problem though is that you're late for dinner - every single eatery within 10 miles of the beach will have a 1-2 hour wait in peak season at 6:30-7PM because the normal people started their dinner an hour before you and are still at the table. [a locals secret: head inland off the beach and you might find a place to eat without a wait. Stay on the beach in the middle of July and you wait with everyone else.] That said, if you like a good meal served well and prepared to order - it will do nicely. It's not a hole in the wall type place and is priced accordingly. It's not authentic Asian but then, most Americans won't eat authentic Asian and this place is here to serve tourists. I understand that you can get truly authentic Asian in China or Japan if that's what you're really craving. This is as Asian as Taco Bell is Mexican - very Americanized. Good, just not real. Give it a try but don't expect fast food timing or price.

The food is good as usual. It makes no sense to me whatsoever though to make a reservation then told to wait 20 min for a table to clear up. Then watch five different groups get seated ahead of those that do have a reservation. Someone should probably make better decisions on how the seat in assignments work.

We made reservations for our party of six for 6:30 PM on Friday, September 5, 2014. The restaurant was very busy but our table was ready at least five minutes early. Our server was LG and he was great! Our appetizer arrived quickly as did our drinks. He kept our drinks full all evening. Our Food Was Delicious! We had a few leftovers which were placed in a carryout bag with an origami fold closure. LG was very pleasant during our entire meal. We will definitely be returning!

Take out orders were taking an hour to fill. Seated dining was taking 2 hours to seat and 1 -1.5 hours to service. I had 2 hungry children. I called ahead to make reservations and they told me no reservations were allowed. After waiting 40 minutes and over a hour of waiting left to go we decided to leave when my husband over heard how a lady had reservations at 730 and it was 730. Then the hostess said give her 10 minutes and she will have her table ready. We were floored!!!!!!!! We were only coming because we had a gift card. I'm really thinking of just giving it away. This is American dining with an Asian twist. No Asians work here. Because if Asians worked here service would be faster.

Always good. Nice outdoors seating here too. Usually try to grab a spot at the bar if I need to wait on a table, otherwise you could be standing around for awhile. Especially during tourist season here

Waste of time! Anyone who waits 2 hours to sit & an hour to be serve will be hungry. Don't come here if your hungry because you will be cranky & hungry at the same time. Kids will not wait that long to eat. They told us over the phone that reservations are not accepted nor is call ahead searing. Which later I found out was a lie!!! A lady walked in at 730 and said she had a reservation for 730. Even though the host said sorry there is an 1.5 hour wait she still sat her in 10 min. My kids were hungry, I was hungry my wife was getting the b mode. We left after waiting 40 min when they told us it would still be an hour wait. Oh hell no! Best advice. After eating lunch come and wait 2 hours to be seated an then an hour for your food. By that time it's dinner time.

Friday night prime time dinner. Think cattle car dining. No thank you. Capacity crowd, super unpleasant wait and dining (1 to 2 hour wait). Party of six crammed in a semi circle booth. I felt like I was going to have a panic attack. Drinks are homemade - so if you order this, you get that. It was my daughters pick. You couldn't drag me to the joint. Could be my imagination, but every dish tasted like it had been dipped in sugar (yuck)! As we walked out - 80 million people happily standing in line to dine. I guess I'm getting old, but I am not feeling it. Never again. Lettuce wraps in iceburg? Really?!

Horrible experience. First off, the service is almost to the point of non-existent. We waited 15 minutes after being seated before I got up and grabbed a server to ask to have someone come to our table. It took over an hour for our lunch to come out. The table behind us actually cancelled their order and left. They did not add sauce to my wife's Mongolian beef, and said they will make some and bring it out. Why it was not made when the dish was, I have no clue. The sauce finally arrived 10 minutes after my wife had already finished her meal. Definitely will not be coming back here.

I have been to this chain before so I knew what to expect. It is unremarkable in many ways but this particular location is sub-standard to the typically average food one expects from this chain. My wife and I arrived mid-afternoon on a weekend and it was busy considering the time of day. We were seated right next to the entrance which provided a drafty experience, despite the fact that other tables were available. Service was slow, the food was expensive and bland. My entrée was 80% rice, 15% sauce and 5% chicken that was sliced incredibly thin. I would estimate the meal contained less than half of a very average-sized chicken breast. My wife's salad contained the core/stem of a romaine heart and was bitter. It was returned but the replacement was the same. With such a poor meal, the server had the audacity to try to upsell us on a dessert. When we declined he returned and said that he was buying our dessert and threw some fortune cookies on the table. I guess this was a joke but after an expensive and poorly prepared meal, the humor was lost on me. I had low expectations but this location could not even meet those. Poor food quality that is overpriced...a very bad combination. Go a couple blocks down Farrow and go to the Italian Bakery instead. You will be forever in my debt for avoiding this train wreck, while finding a true gem of an Italian bakery.

We are regular P.F. Chang's customers at home and when we travel, and appreciate the consistent excellent quality of their dishes. About the only way to differentiate one visit from another is your server. We have never had a bad one, and in Myrtle Beach the server was excellent. He paid great attention to detail, delivered the right food to the right member of the party (don't you just hate it when they come out and say "who had the loaded cheesburger?"). He kept our drink glasses full and checked in with us regularly without being a pest - an art in itself. We had a good and fun meal here.

GREAT GLUTEN FREE MENU. I was soooo happy to find GF egg drop soup, lettuce wraps, and approx 12 dishes on the GF menu. We had GF chicken fried rice, GF Mongolian beef, GF schezuan beef and GF ginger chicken. All really good. I also loved the margarita and coconut lemon sour ( a martini of sorts). Great service also.

We went on a Monday for an early supper so it was understandably not busy. Service was good. We had the $39.99 4 course meal for 2 and it may be worth it but is not as great as it sounds. The main course contained ample portions but that price doesn't include drinks? I mean Coke not alcohol. Also the dessert was laughable. It was more of a sample size. Seriously. We busted out laughing when the server brought them. If you want a "regular" size dessert you have to pay extra. All in all it was a decent experience but not 5 star. I feel like 4 star is too generous because had it been busy I know it would have been a different experience. I will round up however & give them the benefit of the doubt. Would I go again? Meh...are you paying?

We ordered carry-out. One of the dishes was shrimp instead of chicken. Also we didn't get any dipping sauce for our lettuce wraps. Major bummer.

Yawn.... PFC @ market commons, home of the perpetual wait. Chinese food in a Hugo boss suit. Sadly, this chain restaurant is some of the only decent "ethnic" food available on the grand strand. I've already wasted too much time on this.

Haven't been to a P.F.Chang's in a long time. I forgot how wondeful the food is!! I think the vegetarian Lettuce wraps taste better than the Chicken. Love the homemade Ginger Beer drink!!

    (2)
  • Nick A.

Waited 2 hours, forever, for the food, food tasted bad and poor explanation of menu and choices. Waitress had no clue. Never refilled drinks. Overall, the worst service and longest wait in any Resturaunt we've been to by far!

    (1)
  • Nicky D.

    (2)
  • Andre P.

  • Douga S.

Awesome! My wife and I always get the Mongolian Beef with broccoli instead of scallions. She loves the house fried rice with chicken beef and shrimp. And when we even hungrier, we like to get the spicy chicken lettuce wraps! And they have some of the best flavored teas to go with the meal...

  • Hobart M.

  • Mr. And Mrs. H.

Underly unimpressed. Everyone in May party agrees that it all tastes like something from the freezer section. The staff is very pleasant, but the menu is limited and lack luster. Save your money and stop at the food lion down the road.

Lunch specials are wonderful, ending at 4. Our server was very attentive. Beautiful interior and very clean. I recommend the salmon, it is the best! Also recommend the delicious ice tea.

    (2)
  • Nick A.

Waited 2 hours, forever, for the food, food tasted bad and poor explanation of menu and choices. Waitress had no clue. Never refilled drinks. Overall, the worst service and longest wait in any Resturaunt we've been to by far!

  • Nicky D.

    (2)
  • Andre P.

  • Douga S.

    (4)

Awesome! My wife and I always get the Mongolian Beef with broccoli instead of scallions. She loves the house fried rice with chicken beef and shrimp. And when we even hungrier, we like to get the spicy chicken lettuce wraps! And they have some of the best flavored teas to go with the meal...

PF Changs never disappoints and this location is no exception. :). Try the Changs ribs, lettuce wraps and crispy honey chicken!

Won't seat a party of 17 or even break up the party into smaller groups... Really???? Just lost many future customers on that policy. Just lousy.

The service was horrible. We waited 45 minutes to get our food. The waiter didn't refill our drinks until after we asked twice. It took approx 20 minutes for the waiter to get our check. It was four people dinner and we were there 2.5 hour because of the slow service.

Romantic and inviting setting, but the food was far from par. Sushi was decent. Wait time for entrees was ridiculous. Service was average.

Food and service is always great. We never go to the PF changs near home but for some reason when we are near market commons we always stop by. Thanks Hollie for the experience!

The food is good as usual. It makes no sense to me whatsoever though to make a reservation then told to wait 20 min for a table to clear up. Then watch five different groups get seated ahead of those that do have a reservation. Someone should probably make better decisions on how the seat in assignments work.

Really?!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
